About the Founder
Isaac Harvey
Operational Analytics Lead
Isaac blends deep scientific training with a decade of hands-on analytics in global biopharmaceutical manufacturing. With a background in computational chemistry and a Master’s in chemical engineering from the University of Melbourne, he has spent over 10 years delivering improvements in process control, optimisation, and forecasting.
From real-time process visualisation to decision optimisation, he has led initiatives that consistently unlock $5–10 million in annual value, improving yields and capacity. His toolkit spans R, Python, Flask/Django, SQLAlchemy, React/Next.js, and Databricks, enabling full-stack solutions that bridge the gap between raw data and decisions.
Isaac has delivered with distributed teams across Australia, Germany, Switzerland and the US - including joint programs with McKinsey and BCG - and is comfortable working across time zones and regulated environments from his Melbourne location.
